James & Andrea

Hi! We're James (35M) and Andrea (35F), casual house and pet sitters for friends and loved ones (pet sat a cat and dog duo, a snake, hamster and rabbit previously) we really enjoyed those experiences
so doing this on a more professional level is an ideal next step for us.

A loving, dare I say, slightly mature, extremely responsible couple who are currently on a career break (from rebuilding the train tracks of London), after exploring your wonderful country - or the east coast of it, we would very much like to have a break from the travelling around, and couldn't think of a better way than to housesit. Leaving our home and fur baby to travel for 6 months was an extremely difficult decision, with that, we know how important it is to have peace of mind knowing your home and babies are being well taken care of (be it furry, slithery or green). We both have extensive experience with pet care having both previously owned dogs (and have experience with all sizes), have a beautiful ginger beast (cat), Andrea has been an aunty to a disabled cat previously (previous house mates), and are both well versed in giving them medication (even when they don't want it 😩).

A little about us:
James - in his normal life on the other side of the world is a maintenance supervisor for London Victoria station, he's responsible for the maintenance works taking place on the track and the technicians who work there, approx 15 staff. He enjoys fishing, live music and gardening

Andrea - the planner of the aforementioned works, she works primarily on her own but has to communicate with 101 people to ensure our works are planned, safe and able to go ahead. She loves binging TV shows, socialising with her friends and cooking.

We both believe in leaving everywhere we've been exactly as we found it (or better), Andrea is a slight type A with cleanliness and we both love gardening - I have been assisting my nanny since I was old enough to hold a rake.

We would love to look after your home while you're gone, and of course any pets would always be a bonus 🙂
