We are Sophie and Jordan, a couple in our early 30s from Melbourne who moved to Sydney in May 2023. We have been pet-sitting since moving, and loving every minute of it!

Sophie is a lawyer and Jordan is an engineer. We love animals but are not quite ready for the long-term commitment of a furry companion of our own. Our jobs give us flexibility to work from anywhere, so we created a house and pet-sitting profile to explore more of Sydney while meeting like-minded people and caring for their cute pets! We have the capacity to take turns working from home so we can keep your pet company during the day.
Our Sydney pet sitting has allowed us to meet Baxter (8 y/o Beaglier), Gnocchi (1 y/o Sheepadoodle), Ren (2 y/o Whippet x Kelpie), and Bert (9y/0 greyhound), Roey (3y/o Lagotto), Lochie and Bella, Rikki (10y/o greyhound), and Mabel (2y/o Lurcher x) all beautiful pups, as well as cats Lotte, Blue, Eclair, Milli, Lilly, Shiraz and Alex. We have also looked after chickens, fish, and a snake!
Prior to moving up, Soph often helped friends and family with their pets and had been dog-sitting regularly for Georgie and Poppy (the mini huskies pictured). Jordan grew up surrounded by animals, always with at least 2 dogs and 2 cats, budgies, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs and once even a goat and a cow at his childhood home.
Both of us are friendly, easygoing people who understand that it can be scary entrusting your pets and house to someone else's care. We will care for your pets as if they were our own, making sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and exercise.
In our free time we love being outdoors, preferably near the ocean, and enjoy hiking, surfing and travelling. We are excited to meet you and your furry family members, and to provide you with the peace of mind you need to fully enjoy your time away from home.

From the first meeting my partner, the little woofa and I had with Sophie and Jordan, we knew that our house and little man were in fantastic hands.
From the first interaction through to coming back home, their communication was excellent and reassured us through the whole process.
On returning home the house was in immaculate condition and the plants were healthier than ever!
