Hello :) My name is Julia and I am a local resident who lives in the Sunny Coast from 5 years ago. Originally from Spain, with a degree on Business Management and two master degrees on Digital Marketing & Ecommerce. I am the Marketing and Sales Director of Bamboo Park (an organic farm & nursery situated on Yandina-Coolum Road) from 2020. There are pigs, chickens, ducks, three lovely dogs (two ridgebacks and one jack russell) , peacocks and sheep so I am used to taking care of animals. I have had several pets as turtles, fish, a canary bird called Pío and my two favourites cats called Marigol and Lucas who accompanied me during 15 years. I work from home 2 days/week and my working hours are usually from 8am to 3pm. I usually petsit many of my friend's dogs when they go away. I consider myself a responsible, empathetic, nature lover, healthy, clean, independent, calm and positive person. I don't smoke, drink or take any drugs. I love hiking, cooking, the sea, reading, diving, traveling and doing pilates.

I cannot speak highly enough of Julia and Ed as house sitters. I’ve never had a house sitter before so I was quite concerned as to the calibre of the house sitter that I was to entrust my house to. Julia was absolutely lovely - our pets (horses, goats, poultry, dogs, cats and aquarium fish) were all diligently taken care of, house plants and nursery plants too and the house was immaculate on our return, We are very grateful for Julia's care and attention and would love to have her back for another sit anytime. Communication was great - she took the time to come and meet me and then again for an extensive handover (some of our pets have some special needs).

Julia did a good job looking after my three boys and I came home to a very clean house. However, the first evening of her stay, she invited several guests to the house including a male. It had been stated on my job ad that my dogs are very anxious of new people especially men hence the reason I chose a single female, did a meet and greet and a stay the night before we left. I so appreciated all Julia care for Tooee. Julia's communication was excellent. I felt very comfortable with leaving Tooee & my home in Julia's care. Anabel who I have booked for Christmas was able to come along to learn more about Tooee. I appreciated both their help. Julia was a wonderful house sitter who took great care of our dogs and home. She is a lovely person who was easy to communicate with. The dogs were very relaxed and happy when we got home, and the house was immaculate. I would recommend Julia for house and pet sitting.

Julia was an absolute delight to have as a house/pet sitter. Our elderly cat bonded with her very quickly and our house was spotless on our return from a five week holiday. Julia has a lovely, warm and calm personality which made us feel very confident that Emma was in good hands. Julia was so lovely and looked after our house and our fur baby so well that he was looking for her even after we were home. Made us feel comfortable to leave the country for 3 weeks. The plants were watered more than they do when we are home! Communication was perfect and the house was left in a very clean and tidy condition. Julia lovingly looked after our cat and our home for 4 weeks whilst we were overseas. She is simply delightful! Very respectful and polite, and a good communicator, we received regular updates with photos and short movies, which made us and our kids very happy. The house was spotless upon our return, plants and cat very happy. Without hesitation we will definitely ask her anytime to come housesit for us. Thank you so much Julia!
