Julian & Kathryn

Hello! We are Kathryn and Julian, a couple from Melbourne, Australia.

We've been full-time house sitters and caretakers since July 2022, and we're currently wrapping up a fantastic 1.5 year experience caretaking a 4.5 star beach front hotel!

We're excited to find a new place to care for and call home in the inner South East of Melbourne (this is where Julian's gardening clients are). We are looking at the following dates:
- 10 Dec 2024 to 21 Dec 2024
- 8 Feb 2025 to 31 May 2025

As experienced house sitters and caretakers, we can ensure your home is well-maintained, including checking for leaks, and general upkeep. We've had experience caring for and maintaining homes with swimming pools, jacuzzis and saunas.

We can also keep your garden thriving with our Permaculture and Horticulture knowledge and experience. We are huge animal lovers, so if you have pets, we can provide loving and attentive care while you're away. Kathryn works from home so they'll have ample company!

Kathryn is a professional Timeline Therapist, and Julian runs his own successful Permaculture & Gardening business, specialising in edible gardens, soil health and plant health.

We're both easy-going, excellent communicators, honest and trustworthy.

We have many high quality references from previous house sitting, pet sitting and caretaking jobs, and we'd be happy to share them with you.
