Hi - As a retired professional Engineer, Builder and Construction Project Manager I am seeking preferrably longer term home stays. where available.

I was raised on a Farm in SA, have had several small hobby farms in Vic, Qld and NSW over my career so love the outdoors and caring for animals. I am still very active and love walking and going to the gym.

My 2 sons live on Gold Coast, my sister lives in Wallaroo SA, but I like to travel to new places in Australia and meet new people.

Kevan and his wife Elena and young daughter Kate, looked after our house, pets and gardens whilst we were away. He followed our instructions and did everything we asked of him. Our house was spotless on our return, which was lovely to come home too, thanks to Elena. He communicated well with us whilst we were away, although we felt that the 'house animals' may of missed out on the usual interaction and affection they were used too. We were given 6 pages of instructions to feed, clean, water and care for all the pets, birds, ducks, rabbit, cats and dogs, and ALL were cared for accordingly with great care and attention as instructed, so find the reply we were not good animal lovers not appreciated. Keven and family did a marvellous job of looking after pepper and keeping an eye on the farm. Came back to a spotless house and even a washed car! Fixed a few broken things as well. Recommended as a great all rounder team.

Kevan and his family were fantastic in all aspects of our sit. Totally reliable and proactive Kevan looked after our house and animals with ease, with excellent communication as needed. The house was beautifully tidy and exceptionally clean, even our bedding was washed and freshly made for our return; and we appreciated a shared lunch after arriving home from a 24 plus hour journey! Kevan was a perfect fit for us to look after our farmhouse, pets and animals and our garden. We have a large area of garden to look after and Kevan did a magnificent job. Kevan even cleaned up our sheds for us and did another couple of jobs I asked of him without any problems. He communicated very well.
