Hi there! My name is Kyla Cangiano, I am a 29 year old Canadian finally visiting Australia for the first time on a working holiday visa. My two biggest loves in life are traveling and animals. I have grown up with dogs my whole life and can't imagine life without them. The hardest part of travelling is leaving my girl Maggie behind. I know the special place our pets hold in our hearts and how important it is for us to make sure they are safe, happy and loved when we are away. As a pet sitter I will make sure to care for your pets as I do my own and fill their days with love, adventures, lots of pets and snuggles.

My pup, Maggie is a 9 year old labradoodle who is very energetic and maintains a pretty consistent daily schedule. We hike for about an hour every morning with a group of dogs and then go for a swim before heading home. I am used to the regular exercise high energy dogs require and have no problem making sure your pets are well exercised. I also have experience with older dogs who start getting a few aches and pains and am fully capable of administering and medications they might need.

I have experience pet sitting dogs and cats here in Canada but this will be my first time pet sitting in Australia. For this reason I have no reviews yet but am happy to provide you with references of families I have pet sat for here in Canada. I have a bit of experience working with horses as well as I used to ride and do a bit of volunteer work with a stable when I was in high-school.

In terms of caring for your home I will make sure everything is secure, well kept and running smoothly. I will make sure to maintain basic upkeep including mail collection, plant watering, and trash removal, as well as handle any small maintenance tasks or emergencies that might arise.

I know how important communication is when someone is caring for your pets and home, and am more than happy to provide you with regular communication and photo updates of your pet's day to day while you're away.
