Leah & Cormac

Hi there

My name is Leah and my partner's name is Cormac. We are two Australians who have been living in the Netherlands. We are currently based in Melbourne, Victoria.

We are from a very small regional part of Australia and have been moving between Australia, the Netherlands and Ireland for some time.

I am an Australian human rights lawyer and have been working at the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands. My partner Cormac is a professional cricketer, he also coaches cricket and paints houses. He has just finished studying a bachelor of psychology (YAY!) and is now studying counselling.

We both enjoy travelling and exploring new places, we like learning about new cultures and watching live music. We both like to play music, however, find it difficult to travel with instruments. We like being amongst nature, exercising and practising mindfulness.

Leah loves trying new recipes, going to food markets, singing, listening to podcasts about the law and researching new places to visit in Italy.

Cormac loves playing golf, listening to podcasts about mindfulness and sport, playing guitar and learning more about history.

The experience of Covid-19 lockdowns has somewhat changed our perspectives, life is short and we want to experience as much as we can, whilst we can.
