  • Jason grew up on a small seasonal fruit and vegetate crop farm. He has also share farmed an organic vegetable operation. Jason is a horticulturalist and has a passion for food growing. He has experience with - Looking after chickens with up to 30 chickens - Farm dogs - cattle, kelpie, bull terrier - Horses - caring for and riding. Melissa grew up on a 13-thousand-acre sheep, cattle and cereal cropping property. She also worked on two cattle stations in the NT and WA. She has experience with - Working dogs - Cattle, sheep - Chickens - Horses

Hello to you!

We are excited to be on AussieHousesitters as we are caravaning around Australia and look forward to meeting wonderful people along the way!

We are well-travelled around the world and are looking forward to house sits in various areas of Australia. In saying that we come from good old Aussie, country backgrounds. Raised on the land and we each had many animals to look after! Hence, we love animals and are more than happy to look after yours!

We love the outdoors and being in the garden.

Jason loves time in nature and the joy of being on land. This is something that helps him to recharge and bring a calm positive attitude to my work of passion.

He has a passion for sustainability, organic food growing and cooperative ventures. He is now furthering studies in Sustainable Agriculture and Organic Farming and offers services as a facilitator of regenerative villages.. He has been known to co-create great organic vegetable gardens and enjoys working with people to grow their own food!

Melissa loves nature, being on the land and travelling around Australia meeting new people. She is passionate about helping people have more fulfilling, loving and connected relationships with themselves and with others. She coaches and facilitates individuals, couples and groups.

We are both house-proud people and love to keep a clean and tidy home - we'd look after your home, your gardens and your pets like they were our own. We also have a high level of respect for the belongings of others.

We welcome a meet-and-greet online, on phone or in-person (if convenient) to get to know one another.

Jason & Melissa looked after our home and pet very well during what would have been a difficult period, as our house was on the market and real estate agents were taking people through for inspections constantly. There were no complaints and they always made sure the house was ready for inspections. They also extended the sit for a few extra days as we were late returning. We would recommend Jason and Melissa to anyone looking for future house sitters.

Jason and Melissa were awesome! Our house sit period was 7 nights. We would happily have them back anytime. We have 2 horses, 2 ponies (who require daily medication), 2 little dogs (1 is deaf), 2 cats and 11 guinea fowl who were all happy upon our return. Our two dogs were washed before we returned.
