We are a Christian family from New Zealand who love animals and beaches. I am a primary school teacher and have 3 gorgeous, polite and respectful boys living at home aged 11, 15 and 16 years. We love the outdoors and walking dogs is a great joy, especially in new places. We have enjoyed some wonderful house-sits in New Zealand and become very fond of many pets. My boys adore giving dogs love and attention and are also great at doing lawns. Having owned our own home for over 20 years, we appreciate how special a family home is and will care for and respect your home like our own. We don’t smoke and only drink occasionally with a meal and enjoy board games and movies as a family. Another aspect we love about house-sitting is that it helps others to have a holiday away without worrying about their home and loved ones as we will love them too.

Marnie and Richard were amazing sitters - they took amazing care of our cats, including an 8 week old kitten. They looked after our house and garden extremely well. They communicated well and kept us up to date with how the chickens and cats were going (with pictures). I strongly recommend Marnie and Richard and would not hesitate to have them back.

Perfect house sitters without a doubt. Marnie and her lovely family just took over which is just what was needed. Queenie our dog was VERY well taken care of, not to mention our 2 cats. Communication AND photos were very much appreciated. Our orchard has never looked better, watering was done more frequently than I would do, so hence trees looked very healthy. Five stars are not enough for this family!
