A quiet couple who are ready to do some travelling and experience living in new areas as we consider options for resettling.

As guests we always take good care of property and leave everything as we find it, so we would be aiming to do the same for your home. We are not thrill seekers or party revellers but enjoy books, movies, shows, music, nature walks, cycling, cultural events and a variety of dining experiences. Tourist attractions are always interesting but we also like to familiarise ourselves with the local scenery and lifestyle.

We are both non-smokers and come without pets of our own. Although we enjoy pets and have cared for ours as family members, we would prefer not to be caring for other family pets at this stage.

Minor maintenance is not a problem as long as we have time during the day to venture out and enjoy the surrounding area(s). Also, time to work online two or three days a week would be good.

We look forward to taking care of your home and property.

Their communication was perfect and our trip was enhanced with the knowledge they were enjoying the the house and the area exploring the walks, bike paths, shops and cafes nearby. What a joy to arrive home to immaculately mowed lawns, entrance, driveway and more! Garden also well watered and cared for where needed. The house was just as I left it and Evelyn had cooked a delicious large pot of soup for the weary travellers! Communication was weekly and covered anything that was relevant. We were delighted to have Evelyn and Gerard house sit for us and hope they enjoyed their stay. We would welcome them back anytime. They treated our home as they would their own.
