Marcel & Veronika

Hello! We are Marcel and Veronika, a friendly and responsible couple from Germany currently on a world trip, spending three months in beautiful Australia. We’re both students who have taken a year off from university and work to explore the world, which means we’re not working at the moment and can dedicate our time fully to looking after your home and pets.

Marcel has previous house-sitting experience from when he lived in Australia five years ago, taking care of dogs and farm animals during six different house sits. Having grown up with dogs, he is very experienced and loves their company. Veronika, a medical student, shares a passion for animals, especially dogs, and dreams of having one of her own someday. She’s been caring for dogs in Germany and jokes that she knows more about dogs than humans!

We’ve been together for four years and have lived in a lovely apartment in Germany for the past three, so we understand the importance of keeping a home clean and tidy. Marcel studies computer science and works as a software engineer, while Veronika works at a children’s clinic. Since we have plenty of time during our stay, we plan to be at home most of the time or out for walks with your pets.

We’d love to take care of your home and pets as if they were our own, giving you peace of mind while you’re away. Looking forward to hearing from you!
