Marie & Stella

Hi,
we are Stella and Marie from Germany and have been best friends since kindergarten. and we both grew up with animals from a young age.
At the moment, we are traveling around Australia to do a work and travel year, since we graduated from school some time ago and are now looking for new experiences.

Last year, Stella worked in a theater, and Marie completed a degree as a Veterinary Nurse, where she discovered her love for animals and passed numerous background checks that she is a trustworthy caretaker. Dogs and small rodents, in particular, have
captured her heart. She is especially compassionate when dealing with elderly or possibly sick animals, because through her medical training she came in contact with many pets of that kind.

Stella on the other hand, even thought she has a big heart for all sorts of animals, is a cat lover and knows her way around these often independent animals, since she grew up having them as pets.
Still, in spite of her not working as a Veterinary Nurse, animals play a part in her job at a theatre as well, as there are plays in which dogs play a role too. During and after rehearsals she had to look out for those animals, even sometimes going on a walk with them. Because of that, she grew to love dogs too.

Besides that, we both have always taken care of the pets of friends and family, who were very happy that we took on this
responsibility and could return happy pets at the end of their vacation. They were also always grateful when we sent them pictures and videos while they
were away:)
