We are retired professionals with experience caring for large and small pets, homes and gardens. Meticulous and reliable, we will look after your home and pet as if they are our own. Having traveled and lived overseas for extended periods, we understand how hard it can be to leave a pet or garden behind and still enjoy the joys of travel or visiting family without worrying. No rating Janet and Rick looked after our house and cat, Hobbes, while we were away over Christmas. They were really quick in responding to messages beforehand, and were very patient with our questions and concerns in the run up to the sit. They were very willing to come and visit us and the house for a chat and were so friendly and warm that we had no qualms about leaving them with the house and cat. We just had Janet and Rick look after our dog Saphy and our house. I cannot speak highly enough of Janet and Rick. They are both amazing. From start to finish I felt very comfortable leaving Saphy. She does get a bit anxious (as do I), but Janet did everything possible to put Saphy at ease. We came home to an amazingly clean house and a very happy dog. Thanks so much to Janet and Rick. We have now found an amazing couple we feel very comfortable leaving our dog with and our house!

Janet and Rick were great house sitters and cared for our dog Archie very well, he was very well looked after. We have only used a house sitter on 2 occasions and both times we have been very fortunate to find amazing people to stay in our house and look after our fur baby. Would definitely book Janet and Rick again in the future.

We recently met the most wonderful couple, Rick & Janet. From first contact Rick & Janet were friendly, fun and full of enthusiasm. They volunteered to call around beforehand to meet us and our little dog Scruffy as they happened to be in the area and went straight to Scruff to say hello. Of course he fell in love with them immediately. We shared a pleasant lunch together swapping housesitting stories as we had also been sitters at Aussie HS in the past (for 8 years). Absolutely perfect, Janet and Rick. I cannot thank my sitters enough for taking care of my big GSD Aslan. I came home to an immaculate home, and a very happy woof . Janet and Rick sent lots of lovely photos, and maintained communications throughout my short trip. What a lovely, caring and pet loving couple. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Janet and Rick, who are more than welcome anytime back here.
