I am a local mature house sitter, based in the Perth north and western suburbs. Please see below some information about me:

I am originally from Brazil however I have called Australia home for the majority of my life. I love all types of animals, and raised my now adult kids with a Shetland Sheepdog, 2 Finnish lapphund dogs, 3 cats (a male ginger tabby, a tuxedo girl and a big ragdoll boy) an Aviary full of exotic birds, including quail, free range yard chickens, rabbits, a variety of different types of fish, a hand raised cockatiel and I even owned a horse at one point which my ex wife and I agisted in Bullsbrook!! I grew up with dashunds in the house as a child in Brazil I am an experienced, well rounded pet owner! I am experienced administrating medication to pets too, I am an animal whisperer, you think your dog doesnt like men? Your cat doesnt like people? Wait until they meet me! I just have the knack.

On top of being an animal lover and house sitter, I work casually as a bicycle sales rep. As far as my evening commitments go, I manage a community table tennis club in Yokine every Tuesday evenings. I don’t have any other regular evening commitments, which means that your home and most importantly your beautiful pets will have lots of attention in my care!

On top of working at the bike store, I also own a mobile dog grooming business called Silky Friends dog grooming that I do on the side as it suits me.

As a previous home owner, and a mature (57 year old) dad, I have the life experience to make me the perfect person to trust your home with whilst you are away. I am able to undertake any minor house maintenance items and repairs if needed, which gives you peace of mind when you are away on your trip! I can fix irrigation, am an experienced gardener aka I am a good “lawn Tad the dad” as my daughter likes to call me, and am experienced fixing other minor household plumbing or faults.

Other things:
- I am an active and healthy 57 year old
- I do not have any house guests/visitors other than the potential odd visit from my adult daughter (happy for you to meet her if you’d like, we are very close and she is very responsible and caring)
- I do not smoke or take drugs
- I rarely drink alcohol. I might have one occasional beer or wine once a month with my daughter over dinner if anything.

I am also able to provide a national police clearance and excellent references for your peace of mind. I am new - ish to this house sitting gig, but I have enjoyed it immensely and am keen to meet some more beautiful pets and make some more friends along the way!
