Merren was amazing. She came to meet me and my fur babies prior to the sit and upon meeting her I felt comfortable and confident that she was the right person for me. She communicated well with me at all times, not too much, not to little and sent me photos of my fur babies. I returned to a very well maintained house and everything was as I left it. Merren was wonderful and took exceptional care of our staffy over 9 nights while we were overseas. She kept us updated constantly and was incredibly responsive to our messages including sending us photos of Jett at the beach… We were truly impressed by her genuine love of animals and the dedication she gave our girl was evident in Jett’s happy and calm demeanour when we came home ..
