We are a friendly, well travelled, professional couple in our late 50s, who work a lot from home. We are very pet friendly and we really love animals.

(Mich volunteered for 12months caring for sick and injured koalas.)

We will look after your pets and property lovingly and respectfully, as if they were our own.

Happy to take dogs on long daily walks and fit into your routine.

Animals owned and cared for previously include dogs (specifically pugs, but any breed) cats, fish, reptiles, rabbits, Guinea pigs and birds. All other animals considered.

Non smokers.

We prefer sits of 4 weeks or more, but happy to consider shorter periods.

I cannot say enough about how good Michelle and Steve were. 100/100 in everything. Wonderful caring people, My furbaby, Layla, just loved them Layla is a very quirky Lagotto and can be very anxious. She needs and loves long walks which they had no trouble doing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They loved her and she loved them like she was their own dog sending me very regular update with photos, texts and videos. Michelle and Steve are two very special people. We have never had perfect strangers in our home before, however these two lovely people eased our doubts and were constantly sending photos and videos of our boys. Mich & Steve were a godsend, they looked after our dogs with so much love and care we couldn’t have asked for a better match. Our two dogs weren’t at the easiest phase of their lives: Duke an excitable and needy pup and Stella, 17 years of age, with declining health. Two beautiful souls who made sure that our home and animals were looked after with love and exceptional care. Wonderful communication, regular photos and updates meant we could holiday with piece of mind. On our return the animals, home and garden reflected their commitment and their thoughtfulness. I can’t speak highly enough of Michelle and Steve as house sitters. They were easy to communicate with from the start and eager to learn exactly how I wanted things to go while I was away for a month.
