I owned and operated a BD Demeter certified property with 80 breeders a few horses, chooks and dogs. We were self sufficient, growing all our own food in a large vegetable garden and orchard.

I am Australian with residency in Greece. I have been involved in diverse fields (eg health and wellness, BD organic farming, home renovation, house and hotel maintenance and management, criminal law, restaurants, yoga and meditation, ayurveda etc).

My husband. Beat, is Swiss with Australian residency. He is a professional musician, a plasterer and renovator.

We thrive on nature, fresh air, clean water, healthy food, peace, tranquility, like-mindedness, conviviality, and a healthy happy lifestyle. We both like to cook (mostly veg, and bio where possible),

I have had a large farm with cows, horses and chooks, and have had cats and several well trained dogs (border collies). I have always enjoyed animals as part of the family and care for them well. Beat is a cat whisperer!

I love gardening, especially vegetable gardening and yardwork. My husband is fastidious in cleaning.

My husband and I have often house/dog/cat sat for friends and colleagues who respond with sterling praise for the state of the home on their return. We can provide references from them upon request.

More than happy. Madeleine and Beat are the perfect sitters - highly competent and trustworthy. I felt reassured while away that all was in good hands. I returned to an immaculate house, with happy and contented cats. Maddie had even tackled the dreaded paramatta grass, not an easy task on half an acre. Despite torrential storms during the sit, the yard, gardens and poultry were well looked after. I highly recommend Madeleine and Beat and hope to use them for further sits.
