  • Mark grew up on a sheep farm and we have previously cared for his brother's avocado farm. Whilst travelling we took care of a sheep farm on Kangaroo Island and also an acreage in in the Atherton Tablelands. We don't have horse experience.

AVAILABLE IN THE SOUTH WEST OF WA FROM DEC 2024

We are relocating to Busselton from Exmouth and are just finishing up a lap of Australia. We are interested in housesitting in the south west while we work out exactly where in the south west it is we would like to live long term.

We are a family of four - Janice, Mark, Lily (11) and Jack (9). Mark is a teacher, Janice works from home running her remote business and Lily & Jack will be attending school in Busselton (but they are happy to catch the bus into school (a novelty for Exmouth kids) so we don't need to be in Busselton.

We have completed four lovely housesits during our travels in SA and QLD, two of these were rural. Whilst in Exmouth we regularly dog sat for families wanting to go into the national park. We loved meeting all the different breeds and personalities. We are happy to care for other animals, our daughter particularly would love a cat to dote on.

We are happy to stay in our van or your home if you or your pets would prefer. Happy to care for any plants or gardens. We will leave your home clean and tidy for your return. Mark grew up on a sheep farm if your place is rural or semi-rural. Please get in touch if you have any questions for us.

When we contacted Janice and Mark to housesit, we discovered that Mark and my husband already knew each other. Small World! They and their kids took great care of our animals and garden and left the house very clean and tidy. Badger the dog has obviously had loads of attention and was even washed for our return home! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks so much!

Janice and Mark took excellent care of our house, gardens, dogs, chooks, ducks and cows. They were easy to communicate with and a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend them for any house sit and in particular for people with acreage, dogs and farm animals to care for.

Thanks Janice, Mark and family. It was great to have a wonderful family stay and look after our house and all included animals! Janice and Mark kept in contact and handed back a beautifully clean house with very happy dogs and cats included. I know Scruffy and Dougall missed the kids in particular, for a few days.
