I’m a retired mum of two. Been travelling around Australia for the last 3 months whilst my daughter, Bethany has been working in catering in the Gold Coast and both of us will be taking on a 6 month plus lease in Perth in December.
My home is in Salisbury near Stonehenge, UK.
I also have a son who lives near there and is a fabulous music teacher!
I love the outdoors and have been enjoying all types of Australian countryside whether coast or inland. Love swimming and walking. Driving in Oz is just the best. Though I don’t have my own car.
I had my own Successful Wedding cake business for 40 years so am very organised, clean and tidy. I had to with all the health and Hygiene laws in UK!
I now have travel fatigue and am looking at staying in your lovely homes to stay longer in different areas of WA whilst staying with my daughter sometimes.
I will carry on travelling but for less time.
I love gardens but can only really water them these days. My back is not so good after standing on my feet making cakes for years,
Happy to walk smaller dogs on leads but not able to look after big dogs.
Love a menagerie of animals, though I was only ever able to have chickens due to my business. Great for eggs for me and my business.
I have looked after friends pets over the years, cats, dogs and rabbits. Happy just to house sit.
