Laura and Ruben are completely amazing house and pet sitters and I highly recommend them to anyone. I was a little nervous as it was my first time leaving Apple, my pup, with house sitters, but there's no need to worry with Laura and Ruben- they are so friendly, caring, respectful, and looked after Apple like she was their own. After I'd returned home and we'd said our goodbyes, Apple waited by the door for them to come back, so they clearly had a lovely bond! The house was also spotless when I returned, thanks again Laura and Ruben for being such awesome house sitters!! :)

Laura and Ruben were the perfect house sitters for us and our two dogs (cavoodle and a very active cocker spaniel) during our 5 week overseas trip. They were amazing in every respect and we’d have them back in an instant!

Laura and Ruben were kind and responsive while we were away until the day of our return. They maintained regular communication, providing photos and some updates on our pets but failed to communicate home-related issues promptly. They took reasonable care of our cats but overfed one (despite clear instructions) and did not inform us that the other was very stressed. Additionally, the condition of our home upon our return was not as expected. They only informed us on the day of our return that ... They only informed us on the day of our return that there was now a significant ant problem and that they had broken a house key (they did offer to pay).The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed or mopped in over a week and a cast iron pan was full of rust. When our concerns were raised they were condescending and disrespectful about our home.

I would recommend Laura and Ruben. They came to visit before we left so that we could met them and they could met our fur babies. They reassured me that they were reliable and would not pull out of the sit. They kept in regular contact with photos and videos of our pets and made me feel comfortable that they were doing a great job looking after them. They also watered my plants well! They left the house very clean and tidy and even washed the sheets and remade the bed so it was ... MOREI would recommend Laura and Ruben. Laura and Ruben were excellent sitters. They sent regular updates about our pets and really made an effort to bond with them. Our cat had become ill shortly before we left to go away and required medication, they had no trouble or concern with administering this. They took good care of our home and left everything clean and tidy. Would happily have them sit for us again.

Laura and Ruben were perfect house sitters. They cared for our elderly dog so well , giving us regular updates with photos and videos . The house was clean and tidy and our outside pot plants looked healthy and watered . We were very happy to leave our home and dog in their capable hands snd would highly recommend them to others . Laura and Ruben were great! They looked after our dog Ollie for a week and took very good care of him. They came over twice to meet us and Ollie, which we really appreciate. Their communication was great and they also sent us regular updates while we were away. Our dog looked pretty happy when we got back and they left our home very clean. I'd love to have them sit for us again and would 100% recommend them to others! :)

Laura and Ruben were magnificent sitters. They looked after our cat, Kali, and apartment for 2 weeks without any issues. Their communication was great - they came over before we left to meet Kali and get a run down of our place and also sent us regular updates while we were away. Our cat was relaxed and happy when we got home and they left our place spotless which was wonderful to come home to after a long flight. I'd happily have them sit for us again and would recommend them to others :)
