We are an active, non-smoking, mature couple who are looking to housesit around Australia. We have housesat for friends over the last 8 years or so, looking after resident pets, mostly dogs but also a ragdoll cat, chooks, ducks and a cockatoo too. We have recently housesat for 7 months, looking after a large house and gardens. We have also had several clients from Aussie House Sitters. My partner, John, can work part-time anywhere that offers Wi Fi. John is a handyman and we both enjoy being out in the garden. We love looking after pets and I pride myself on leaving houses clean and tidy when vacating. We have a 15 ft caravan so would appreciate a housesit where the van could be parked safely. We both have current Police Clearance and can furnish names/numbers for references. We look forward to hearing from you.

We have had some excellent house sitters but Marilyn and John are top of the list. They looked after all of our dogs so we could actually have a dog free holiday. The dogs, 14 in total, included 5 x 9 week old puppies and 1 x 14 year old, mostly deaf, inside dog. The dogs were given the best care, our gardens and lawn were well maintained and our house was immaculate when we returned home.

How lucky am I, John and Marilyn are just beautiful people, my animals just loved them and so do I. Just so caring and treat the Animals like they were their own. I now consider John and Marilyn part of our family. Sad to see them go. Highly recommend them and want them to come back for a visit soon.

Marilyn and John are a delightful couple. They were wonderful with our little dog and looked after him like he belongs to them. Also they looked after our home extremely well and nothing was any problem. They even collected us from the airport on our return. We cannot praise them even more but will finish to say we highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. We wanted them to sit for us again later this year but dates won't fit.

Marilyn and John were all we hoped for and more to care for our aging dog. He was at ease in his environment as apparent in photos Marilyn sent to me. This made me comfortable leaving him. The house was just as we left it. Highly recommend these lovely people who fussed over our boy as we would.

Marilyn & John were wonderful sitters! Both house and dogs were well cared for and although our flight was delayed they stayed back til we got home. We wouldn't hesitate to have them again :)
