I am a mature very fit travelling female, non drinker and smoker. I have just returned from 6 months in Europe where I stayed at various farms properties gardening in exchange for food and board, travelling on an electric bike.
I love animals and prior to going to Europe I volunteered at an animal shelter, walking the dogs, cleaning their cages and feeding them, mainly working with large breeds.
I can operate a variety of equipment and am no stranger to the weed eater..
I am most happy in the garden and enjoy my own company and that of the other animals.

I have never had to organise a house sitter and to do this at short notice. My pocket botanic garden is unique in Queensland, therefore it is not the easiest to look after - unless you are an experienced gardener. The watering amount and frequency were explained in detail and illustrated, but twice the amount provided was used. In some states there is a legal requirement to keep a certain volume of water available for fire fighting in rural properties; in certain local council areas ... MORE

Carol was incredible with our 1 year old pup. From long beach walks to snuggles on the couch. She's excellent at communicating and sending pictures, which we looked forward to seeing everyday. We would highly recommend Carol.

Carol was amazing! She kept in touch with messages and photos of the puppies and the cat. House was lovely when we returned home. The kids even found some treats in the pantry! Dogs and cat were very happy and well looked after. Would definitely recommend Carol and her wonderful service!

Carol house sat while our family went on an overseas holiday. She was wonderful with our mischievous cat and sent us messages and photos of him every day. She even took a bird he caught to the vet! She took great care of the house, pool and garden as well. I would love to have Carol house sit for me again.

I highly recommend Carol her communication was brilliant and she even sent some photos of the dogs playing at the park. My house was just as I left it and the animals were happy. I would book Carol again in a heartbeat.

Our first experience with a house sitter and Carol fulfilled our wishes. Out dog appeared well looked after and loved and the house as we had left it. Carol took the time to arrive a couple of hours early so she could get to know our dog and routine. She sent us photos and updates. Gardening was not required but happily watered our plants. Carol is a competent, efficient honest friendly person,,with an enormous empathy for animals. We have a hobby farm with many different animals, including goats, a pet pig , dogs chickens and cows.She was extremely caring and It was wonderful to go away knowing that I was leaving them in igood care. Carol was an excellent choice for our house-sit. She was friendly, enthusiastic and always happy to help out with whatever it was that was needed to be done. The animals were all well looked after and our extra special dog Gracie was besotted with Carol. Carol also spent many hours in the garden tidying, clearing and watering. I would definitely recommend her for any of your house sitting needs and I look forward to using her services again.
