HI :), My name is Julie and I am a mature, reliable, professional single woman. I love all animals. I own and manage properties of my own and work full time remotely. I can travel anywhere in Australia and I would love a change of scenery while I work as I love exploring new areas. I have current Police Check and blue card as required for my position as a Crisis Counsellor. I own a late model BMW, so I won’t bring a noisy car to your house. I am a super quiet and respectful person, I live a simple life and work mostly 7 days per week, early mornings and then I like to walk my 10000 steps per day exploring, always happy to have a fur baby to tag along, then I will prepare a meal, do some yard work or anything that is required, watch some Netflix or read and then head to bed early. I am healthy and active, I have never smoked or taken any drugs etc. I’m also capable, responsible and very, very clean and tidy. I have an eye for detail. I own my own home in Redcliffe on the water and have managed my own BnB’s (5) for years so am well practised at all types of yard, pool, spa and house maintenance issues. I have a ride on mower, push mowers, blow vacs, whipper snipper and multiple gardening tools that I use to maintain my own property so I should be able to tackle even the most difficult of properties.

I have my ID confirmed through the government due to my position and will provide it at any time. I also have multiple referees that would be more than happy to provide verbal or written references.

PS When I was managing my BnB's I would have loved to have someone like me staying there lol. I promise you I will allow to have the best holiday knowing your house, beloved pets, plants, pool, yard etc are in the best of hands. Just meet me once. :)

PPS For my role working with vulnerable people and children, I am constantly required to update my Police Checks and Working with Children checks, I have included photos of the previous history of these checks - Note they say record deleted as they each expire but it shows a long history of multiple checks. I am still currently employed and covered. :) Most proven honest person you will meet.
