  • We looked after a Spanish farm for 4 weeks in June 2023. Meanwhile, we looked after three dogs, four cats and 20 chickens, which we fed and cared for twice a day. We also made sure the fruit trees were watered consistently and kept the pool clean.

We're Marcel and Ramona, both 30 years old, a married couple from Germany. We love to travel and we are the biggest animal lovers, that's why we hope to combine these two interests here on Aussie House Sitters! :)
We think living in a local house is the best way to experience a new surrounding. And spending a lot of time with your loved animals is a big blessing for us!
We have had the honor of taking care of wonderful animals in Australia twice. But the most housesits we did in Europe, where we used Trusted Housesitters. There we've got six 5-star-reviews from Spain, Sweden and Switzerland (see our photos).

Ramona & Marcel were amazing. Communication before and during the house sit was great and easy. When we got home everything was perfect. It was like our cleaner had just been! The garden and our indoor plants were well taken care of. Whilst away we got great updates and a couple of photos of our cat Benny, I don't think he wanted them to leave. We are away again next year for 6 weeks and we hope Ramona & Marcel are available. Outstanding sitters.

Marcel and Ramona are a lovely married couple that we trusted to look after our home and doggie for two weeks while we were out of the country. They proved themselves to be absolutely trustworthy in every way and they maintained ongoing communication with us via WhatsApp so we had great confidence that our house and doggie were being well looked after.
