Greetings and blessings to all, I introduce myself, my name is Raphael Silva, I am a person with years of experience as a dog trainer, and a big fan of pets, and we perfectly understand canine and feline language, I live in this beautiful city that is Gold Coast, along with my beautiful and exemplary family.

My wife and I are professionals, and we teach online classes from home to our country of origin, my wife is a nurse and I am an engineer, my 15-year-old daughter does home schooling and we are generally always at home, so your pets will be always cared for and watched 24/7, we are an honest, educated, sincere, responsible, empathetic and organized family and animal lovers.

We don't smoke, we don't consume alcohol, we just enjoy being at home watching a movie or working on our laptops.

We know how important your pets are because we have our furry children in our home country and we know what they mean.

We have a current police check and verifiable reference telephone numbers.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I felt others should know. They took care of our babies, sent through photos and took them for walks twice a day. However upon returning from overseas, we noticed our floors were dirty, the back door was wide open as if giving the dogs access of their own free will - and no one was home. Another great experience - always our first choice to look after our dog and home when we go away. They stayed an extra night and waited until we got home so our dog wouldn't be left alone. The house was in perfect condition and our dog was very happy and relaxed. Thank you so much :)

I would fully recommend Raphael and Caren. They looked after our home like it was their own. Our Fur babies loved them and we got daily updates on how they were doing, with the most amazing photos. Especially as most of our fur babies are rescue animals (cats, dogs and a bird), they all have trust issues and special needs. Raphael and Caren did a wonderful job with looking after my dogs and house. They came and met before the house sit so we could go through the details and you could tell the dogs loved them straight away. While house sitting, they sent photos and communications on how things were going. When I came back the dogs were happy and healthy, and the house was cleaner than when I left. We have been lucky to have this family to look after our home and dog a few times now. We leave our car for them to use for things like groceries or taking the dog to the beach and they always take beautiful care of everything.
