From the start, they were warm, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They kept us updated throughout the week with photos and messages, which made us feel so much more at ease. It was clear they genuinely cared for Molly—she seemed so happy and relaxed when we returned, which is the best possible sign! They were also super respectful of our home. Everything was left spotless, and they even took care of a few extra things, like watering our plants and sorting the mail. It’s such a relief knowing we can trust them completely. Jocelyn and Jo were kind and caring people who did a terrific job of looking after my fur babies. They kept in touch regularly with pics and updates and followed all instructions perfectly. My home was left immaculate for my return. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as honest and reliable housesitters

Jocelyn is an amazing sitter who stepped in to help us out when our original sitter cancelled. She was so reassuring and we went away with full confidence in our arrangement. We arrived back this morning to be greeted by Jocelyn and Joe who had waited to see us before they went on their way. It was great to be able to touch base with them before they left. Our cats thoroughly enjoyed their company and our home was so well cared for. A fantastic house sitter!!!

We met Jocelyn and Joe when we were planning a trip to the USA in March. We subsequently chose a couple who did not have a permanent home, but immediately arranged for them to mind Tilly during another trip in July this year. We got together a couple of times before the trip and Tilly was always excited to see them. We went away confident that she would not just be cared for, but loved as well.
