You can rest assured that I would look after your home and pets the way you would. I understand what is involved in running and maintaining a home. I am a mature-aged woman (age 61) who lived in the same home for 20+ years until recently and am now single after a long-term relationship. I have owned cats for the majority of my life. I have lived with, walked and cared for dogs and other animals as well both personally and as a house/pet sitter. I am experienced with gardening & technology as well.

Cats are my absolute favourite, I have an extensive knowledge & first hand experience with cats from at all life stages from newborn kittens up to 19 years old with dementia and everything in between.
When I was a teenager, I had a pony and my mom had horses that I spent a considerable amount of time around. In additional to living with cats and dogs, I've also grown up with chickens, ducks, rabbits, a pig, a turkey and a lamb.

A little about myself; I am responsible, quiet, reliable, clean, a lifetime non-smoker & non-drinker, physically fit, and organized. I am well-traveled, love walking daily, and photography. I do admin/marketing work remotely, ideally you would have internet access. I have a current National Police Check certificate and References both in Australia and overseas.

Susan is amazing! 10/10, 5 stars. We feel so fortunate that we had her take care of our 3 cats whilst we were travelling. They were all very well loved and taken care of. Our eldest cat is 18 years old and needed some extra TLC and an unexpected visit to the vet. Our little one gets very distressed in the car, so it isn’t easy taking her to the vet but Susan handled it so well. Susan was outstanding at communicating with us during our absence and kept us regularly posted on how our cats were doing. She took the role very seriously and treated the home with respect and care. She made the time away for us go smoothly and this enabled us to enjoy the time without having to worry about what was happening at home.

Susan did a great job, taking over in the middle of our holiday when the previous person had to leave the sit due to health reasons. I've never found the house so clean after a holiday and the cats looked very well taken care of and relaxed. From what Susan said in her communication to us the cats took to her straight away. We'd be very happy to recommend Susan and to have her stay again in the future.
