I'm semi- retired & own my own house in Leura. My greyhound Josephine died approx 4 years ago and I'm still ‘between dogs" and "pet free" because I want to travel. I'd love to have a dog in my life again (without the long term commitment). I'm originally from Balmain (30+ years) so I'm keen for sits in or close to Balmain. Also open to other areas but prefer city.

I've only be doing pet sitting for 12+ months now as I've always been the pet owner...I now have 4 x 5 star reviews as a sitter. I've also attached a screenshots of my reviews from Airbnb house owners I've stayed with in my photo section plus a shot of my backyard lawn fyi if I do a dog sit at my house.

I'm quite fastidious with cleaning. Your house doesn't have to be grand but it does have to be clean, and I would leave it in the same condition you left it in on handover.

I've had 3 dogs of my own (see photo profiles): A greyhound, a belgian shepherd and a border collie from a puppy to 13 years old. My dogs totally ruled my life so I understand how important it is to find the "right sitter" so you can go away with peace of mind. If at all possible I want to meet you & your pooch face to face, or at least Skype to see if it's a "good fit" for both of us.

I’m a dog lover of most breeds, but very partial to greyhounds. I don't mind bigger dogs as long as they're well trained and easy to handle. Also very partial to working dogs and German shepherds but just ask and I'll say yes or no! It's gotta work for both parties.
