Hi,
We are a retired couple who are keen to experience more of our beautiful country.
Non smokers or drinkers (ocassional drink) and clean, tidy people who are trustworthy and respectful.
We have lived regionally for 35 years and have experience caring for cats, dogs, birds, horses, cattle, sheep, chooks, rabbits, guinea pigs and fish.
We have had large yards with big gardens so capable of mowing, watering and garden maintenance.
We've had swimming pools too so able to care for that too.
Your home and pets will be cared for as if they are our own.
We have a small pop top caravan (16ft).
If not staying in your home, we would need access to power, water, shower and toilet.
We love looking after people’s homes, farms, pets, gardens, pools….whatever is required.
We have met so many lovely people and experienced many different areas.
We look forward to house sitting your home.
If I could give 6 stars I would! Karen & Richard looked after my little dog with great care, and I know she had a great time with them. The house was left immaculate and the house yard perfect. They also did many things to help me/improve my place that they were not required to - they did it because they are kind. They have set the bar extremely high! If you manage to secure them for a house-sit, lucky you!
Karen and Richard are the loveliest people and we felt so grateful to know our animals and home were in their care when we went away. We returned to happy animals and a home in pristine condition. We’d have these wonderful people back anytime.
Karen and Richard are absolutely amazing. Our house and pets couldn't have been in better hands. Their communication was fantastic and we loved the updates about our animals. Cannot recommend them enough:)
We would like to thank Karen and Richard for doing our house sit from November 2023 to the end of January 2024. Even after we were delayed in our return they had no problem in extending the house sit.
When we arrived home the house was perfect and spotless. They looked after our garden and we came home to a thriving garden.
Little touches like swept decks, vacuumed house, everything was perfect.
We would be happy to have them do our next sit. We are very glad to have met them.

Karen & Richard are amazing house sitters and I highly recommend them. Our dogs were very well cared for and extremely content when we arrived home. The house was tidier than when we left and they regularly communicated with us to keep us updated on the dogs (who didn't seem to miss us at all!). They even bought a few groceries before our return. A lovely, thoughtful and honest couple - thank you Karen & Richard!
Karen and Richard are the most AMAZING house sitters you could ever have. They were so friendly reliable and dependable. She left the house in a much cleaner condition than I left it in! She very kindly deep cleaned my oven, cleaned the windows and scrubbed the shower for me. I was so grateful and overwhelmed at the effort they put into looking after my house. We feel so lucky to have met Karen and Richard and had them look after our home. They made us feel instantly comfortable, were incredibly easy to communicate with and took wonderful care of our home and animals (dogs, goats chickens). They even left our house and gardens cleaner than when we went away which was a lovely surprise. Wow, these two beautiful people took absolute great care of our property, our place has never been so green and lush. Karen and Richard went above and beyond ensuring our fur babies, of which there are many, and our precious house, was well cared for.
We are beyond grateful to them both for their compassion and dedication. The gardens and lawn looked amazing, my appliances were spick and span and Karen was even kind enough to ensure our sheets were clean and cosy for our return home late at night. House was even cleaner than when we left!

Karen and Richard sat our house on our property over a period of 4 weeks. They looked after a large garden and lawn as well as fed 13 dogs and looked after the pool. On return the place looked amazing- would highly recommend and hopefully they'll come back here again
Karen and Richard were great and the house was perfect when we got home. Karen and Richard were very easy to talk to you and even got a photo of our fur babies looking very relaxed. We wouldn't even think twice about having them again. :-D
