50, Solo traveller

Hello one and all, my name is Jeremy...well everyone just calls me Jez. I'm 50 years old, single, non smoker. In my previous life (prior to travelling) I was an Electrician/Communications Tech (now retired), project managing jobs all over Australia for corporate and commercial clients.

I'm currently traveling solo throughout Australia searching for the prefect place to one-day call home but in the meantime I'm taking my time to enjoy the wonders of this beautiful country.

I have lots of experience with dogs (big and small), cats, guinea pigs and fish, horses, cows and can also confidently care for birds, reptiles, sheep, goats, rabbits, etc. with specific instructions. I can provide plenty of play time and long walks so if you have an active pet, I'll do my best to satisfyingly wear them out. I can also care for older or frail animals, give medication and basic care as needed.

I love being around animals and this is one of my main motivations to house/pet sit along the way as well as seeing and experiencing different towns/locations and all they have to offer, so by all means let me know of any great cafes, bakeries, places of interest in your area.

I'm a meticulous house-keeper, cleaning and maintaining a home to a high standard. I can take care of indoor plants, gardening and lawn care.

I'm looking for house/pet/farm minding around Australia. All I require is a place to park my car a bed a bathroom a kitchen and occasional use of a laundry. With enough notice I can travel to any part of the country for any period of time.
