Single65, Traveling Grey nomad
Easy going and friendly single grey nomad traveling around the state of South east Queensland in my jayco conquest motorhome..I have no pets/animals myself...seeking a place to park up for a while and take care of a home/garden/pets..i enjoy fresh air and country quiet lifestyle....non smoker....I am triple covid 19 vaxed ...and with three booster shots….for upcoming availability for 2024 …....I am booked this year with sittings…..2025 ..I am available as from mid February for the new year of 2025 in South East Queensland thru until early March (11th)…..then from 15th September 2025 onwards..I look forward to future house sittings during that time frame during 2025…warm regards Richard….

Richard is a wonderful housesitter who is extremely kind and responsible. He took excellent care of our dog Bailey and our home and garden. We came home to a very happy dog and a spotless house!

Is the best sitter we have ever had. Our pets have had the best care & Richard has even planted radishes which are yummy & potted mint for herbal teas.
We have also had up dates on whatsapp with photos of our loved pet family on a regular bases- due to our travel of 6weeks.
Richard, is the most amazing sitter and he is always welcome to visit our home.

Richard was very approachable and easy to communicate with. He took excellent care of our home and pet Maisie. He provided regular updates and photos while we were away. We would highly recommend Richard for a house sit and we would not hesitate to use his services again.
Definitely recommend Richard. He was great at communicating, even when we were away we received updates on how our pup was doing. He took great care of her, she was happy and content on our return. Richard was a wonderful housesitter! Our dog Bailey was so well cared for with long walks and lots of cuddles.
The house and garden were immaculate.

Richard house sat for me from 8th to 15th January. He took good care of Macey and Lilly and followed instructions on their care and well-being and sent me photos of them so I could see they were happy and well cared for. He kept the pot plants and gardens alive and growing. The one thing Richard didn’t do was mow the lawn especially close to the house. He left the house as clean and tidy as I left it. I feel he would be more suited to a suburban sit rather than a rural setting with a large ... MORE
Richard will always be our first call if we require a Housesitter/ Petsitter . Richard is now considered our friend which is a bonus to the whole process .He looked after our pet.brilliantly. Maintained the lawns, pool and property very well . Communication was regularly kept sending photos and updates by sms and email. Anyone considering a House/ Petsitter would be doing themselves a favour by contacting Richard.

Richard was an absolutely fabulous house sitter that I would highly recommend. He communicated clearly and promptly and provided photo updates on our dogs.
Richard was friendly, polite and a pleasure to have around. He provided excellent care to our dogs and entertained them for the day.
