Born and raised in Perth, I lived in Canada for two years and Melbourne for nine before returning home in 2020.

I've been house-sitting since October 2023 and have semi-rural living and sitting experience - doggies and moggies of all sizes and temperaments, along with occasional chooks, rabbits, fish and guinea pigs also.

I work from home, so I will be there to keep pets company a lot (great company for me too).

I enjoy spending time with animals and making them feel content and loved. I'll take care of your home, plants, and animals like it's my own, and you'll return to a clean and tidy space.

My life is very flexible and low-key, with no children or pets. I'm available for short-term and long-term stays.

I will ideally need a proper desk and chair to work from and reliable WIFI is a must. Off street parking is preferred and I trust your home will be clean and tidy for my stay also.

Carmen was great. Our washing machine unfortunately broke on the first day that she started and she was so amazing about it all. She was excellent with our dog. I would get her to house sit again in a heart beat! Couldn’t recommend her enough.

We were very happy with Carmen, she did a great job looking after our house and pets. She was friendly and communicative and we came home to a lovely clean house. The dogs seemed very happy with her too. We would definitely recommend her and hope to have her help us again in the future.

Carmen looked after our home and two cats for a week in early July 2024. As a highly experienced sitter, we had every confidence that we were leaving our home and pets in good hands. We were not wrong, returning to an immaculate home, happy and well settled pets along with regular correspondence before, during and after the sit. We can highly recommend Carmen to others, and will be looking to re-engage her again for future holidays away.

Carmen was very friendly and lovely to meet and talk to. She looked after our house and cat Rosie for 2 weeks. She gave us updated messages and pictures of Rosie while we were away. The house was clean and the bedding washed and remade. Would recommend Carmen to house sit again.
