Hey there, I'm JD! I'm a 34 year old Aussie backpacker who's been off travelling the world since 2023 but I'm back home to dodge the European winter.

I grew up in a large house with a menagerie of pets, so over the years I've been exposed to caring for dogs, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, turtles, fish...you name it! I love all animals as though they were my own and I know I'll love yours too.

As an extremely active world traveller and overall fitness fanatic, I've picked up a habit of walking every day and I would love it if your fur baby would accompany me while I'm out.

I don't drink or smoke and not at all the partying type, so expect your home to be pristine when you return from your trip. During my travels, I've worked in many a hostel, cleaning them top to bottom, so your home might even be cleaner by the time I'm done with it. I am also happy to handle any household chores or gardening you might need done, so by all means, let me know.

I might be new to the petsitting world but don't let that turn you off picking me for the job. Between my childhood spent raising pets, my regimented fitness lifestyle and my time working in hostels, I have been ingrained with a strong sense of discipline and I am not at all afraid of getting my hands dirty. Trust me when I say your pets are in excellent hands.

I am fairly flexible with dates, I am willing to go the extra mile to make your pets feel comfortable and cared for, and I can often accommodate last minute requests.
