We couldn't find better people to care for our 2x schnauzers and our home whilst we travelled for 3 months. Ian and Lisa communicated regularly with us and went above and beyond to ensure our home and our pets were well looked after. We returned to an immaculate home, relaxed pets, and we couldn't thank them enough!
We highly recommend Ian and Lisa and would love to invite them back again when we are off holidaying.
We arrived home from an emotionally charged visit to care for Anne's family overseas to find our home clean and tidy and our girls Mai and Milly happy and healthy.
Lisa and Ian took great care of our girls and handled a last minute medication issue for our oldest dog with confidence and compassion.

Ian & Lisa were amazing!! I had Ian and Lisa look after my house and 2 dogs for a month while I was overseas and they made the process so easy. They cared for my dogs like they were their own, sent me photos and kept me updated the whole time. They even made the trip down before I left to meet the dogs and see the house which made the handover process really easy when I left. Our house sitters Ian and Lisa were amazing. If we could give more than five stars we would give ten. Our dog Oakie just adored them and they treated him like their own. He was loved so much and we never had to worry at all whilst we were away for 3 weeks. Our home was left spotless when we arrived home and I think Oakie would have happily gone with them when they left to go home.
We received updates regularly with photos knowing he was

We cannot say enough good things about Ian and Lisa. We feel like we hit the jackpot with them.
Not only our home, but our most prized possession Manny was extremely well looked after. Their communication from day dot was excellent. Our home was left sparkling and our dog is the happiest we have ever seen him.
They even left a home cooked Spag Bol in the freezer which was an absolute treat after a long time away.

We truly appreciated Ian & Lisa for looking after our home & much loved Teddy dog while we were away overseas for 4 weeks
After meeting Ian & Lisa we felt totally relaxed & confident with leaving them in charge… & on our return …holiday / jet lagged they cooked an awesome meal for us ..

I can highly recommend Ian and Lisa, from the very beginning the communication was great. They really looked after our house and our pets. It was so nice not to worry whilst we were away and it was so great to come back to the house which was spotless. We would not hesitate to use Ian and Lisa again.
Ian and Lisa are so friendly and accomodating. Our pets took to them instantly and we knew we were leaving them in excellent hands. They were respectful of our needs and requirements, and were lovely enough to send photos and updates. Highly recommended.
10/10 doesn't feel like a high enough rating for Ian and Lisa.
They went above and beyond to ensure we got away on time (offering to come early when the NSW floods were worsening) and happily extending their stay when we couldn't return on the date originally planned.
Ian sent photos and video updates of our baby (dog) Bonnie. We could tell she was having the best time. It really put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy our time away without having to worry about her.

Ian was a greater communicator right from the start. We spoke on the phone and I felt comfortable to have him & Lisa look after our 9 year old cavalier for a month. Ian & Lisa kept in touch with us on a regular basis which was much appreciated. The house was spotless when we returned & our dog Charlie was very settled - he has remained very chilled since then so thank you so much for your care, friendliness and professionalism.
What a relief it was to have Ian & Lisa look after our house & dog! There is always a concern when trusting strangers, especially for our first house sit but speaking to Ian leading up to our holiday, our nerves were put at ease. They came to the house a couple of days before we left so we could all meet & we knew straight away that we had got the right people! Ian and Lisa left our home in perfect condition, the cats were well fed and looked after. They communicated promptly when we asked for photos of our cats. We would choose them again, highly recommended.
Ian and Lisa looked after my house and 2 dogs for 10 days. While I was away they kept me posted on how the dogs were going. When I returned home I could tell the dogs had been well looked after and the house was spotless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for house sitters.
I really appreciated Ian and Lisa's availability, reliability and communication. They were understanding of my busyness, with packing a house ready to move immediately after my return. The dogs remained happy and content despite the packing around them and my absence. I enjoyed our dinner together and the subsequent communications.
It was a pleasure to enable Lisa and Ian to house sit for us, when we returned the house was in immaculate condition and the pets well very well cared for. The garden and yard was well cared for with some new plantings in the herb garden and the paving free of weeds. During their stay, Ian replaced a faulty tap, arranged to have a new thermostat in the hot water system and took our dog Molly to the vet and administered her medication. Ian and Lisa are the most caring and friendly people. From our first phone conversation, and eventually a meeting we knew that we had picked the right couple to look after our home and furbabies. They kept us updated with photos on how the girls were going which was greatly appreciated as our older one can be wary of new people. She did however warm to Lisa quite quickly. We were so pleased and relieved to have found Ian and Lisa to sit our home for us. They took care of our two poodles and home as though it was their own, the house being spotless on our return.
