I am a house proud, non-smoking, retired grandmother, living on 20 acres in the beautiful Yarra Valley of Victoria. Hubby doesn't like to travel and I do, so I'm very flexible to play this role as he stays at home - I currently have a Golden retriever and a couple of bee hives, but have previously owned sheep, ducks, geese, chooks, rabbits as well as sitting for cats and a Shetland pony. I love to see new places & learn about alternative gardening methods etc. I currently have a tiered self watering veg patch using wicking beds. I also like to paint and may bring along the odd easel. I will look after your home and animals as if they were my own. I do NOT do well in the heat though which is when my garden needs me most, so I restrict my travels to the cooler months i.e. May through August

Wendy was absolutely fabulous . My animals were very well cared for and the house was left immaculate. Wendy has a lovely warm personality and I really enjoyed our conversations. Hope to catch up again some time.

Wendy took extremely great care of our two english staffys. They got there walks daily and mandatory snuggles. We received updates with information and photos whist on our trip. I was at really good ease knowing I could trust Wendy with our dogs and home. Our home was clean and exactly the same we left it. Highly recommend Wendy for your house/pet stay.

Wendy did a great job of taking care of our dog. She was very reliable and communicated well. The house was also left nice and clean. We felt very comfortable leaving Brittany with Wendy. SHe is very reliable and sensible. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Wendy was an absolute gem to have. My vege garden has never looked better. She is a wealth of knowledge and her communication was excellent. Wendy even cooked some goodies with my produce. My chooks & ducks were well looked after. And my house was very clean . We were extremely happy to have Wendy stay. And hope she will housesit for us again.

We were a little nervous about using this site for the first time but Wendy was a wonderful house sitter for the two weeks we were away. She looked after our two cats and 5 chickens with care and attention. Wendy communicated readily and regularly, especially if she was unsure of something. The house was left very clean and and I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone. Thank you and it was a pleasure to meet you Wendy.
