Marty & Sharyn

Our Names are Marty and Sharyn, and we are new to this website.

We are a semi-retired couple in our early 60’s with no pet’s, non-smokers and we have been living and travelling in our van on the Sunshine Coast since July 2023. The reason for moving from our home in Normanville SA to the Sunny Coast was to be closer to family.

Over the past 33 years we have run our own family building company firstly in Adelaide and then we decided to have a sea change and for the past 7 year we have been living in Normanville on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula.
We are animal lovers but sadly our Beloved Pippa a beautiful Japanese Spitz passed away 6 years ago.

Our house sits we have mainly obtained from word and mouth. Firstly in October 23 on a 10 Acres property in Yandina caring for a Border Collie called Ellie. In November we were looking after a home on a large block at Ninderry, followed by 7 weeks in Bli BLi on large block caring for a gorgeous cat called Wicket. With these house sits we cared for the homes, gardens, lawns and in Bli Bli a pool.
Then to Palmwoods we had two seperate house sits we cared for
brand-new homes garden and pools..
We love to garden and so you can be assured that we will happily care for your grounds and plants.

We are house proud & will care for your home, garden and pet the same way we care for our own.

(PS. As we are new to house-sitting sites and can provide references for private sits I have done in the past)
