Hi there. My name is Wil, I'm a non-smoker/non-drinker and have genuine written and verbal refs. Please see my reviews from Kiwihousesitters below and the attached refs.
I'm 59 and a writer. I've had extensive experience looking after the wants and needs of many a treasured family member: cats, dogs (all and every kind) chooks, sheep, cows, donkeys, a grumpy mule and a one eyed crow named Arthur.
I am currantly in New Zealand finishing an MA at Victoria University Wellington, but looking to return to Australia to work on a final draft of my novel.

I'm an extremely quiet and respectful house guest. I'm a full time writer so I work from home. I can provide lots of attention to your lovely friends.
( nothing is more conducive to good writing than peace, quiet and the company of animals)

Rating: 5.0 We were so happy with Wil, He is a wonderful cat/house sitter and I would happily have him again or recommend him on :) He sent update pics of our two happy cats and I even got a pic of my indoor pot plants thriving haha Wil dropped us off to the airport on arrival (with a baby in tow too!). Rating: 5.0 Wil did a fabulous job as our housesitters, and we're so grateful for his care. Our cats were clearly very content when we came back home, we loved the regular photo updates and the house was CLEAN and tidy. Wil is very prompt and thoughtful in his communication. In other words: we can highly recommend him and hope that in the future we can call on him again!

Rating: 5.0 Will provided excellent care of our cats and our home while we were away for almost a month. One of our cats has special needs, and we were able to rest easy knowing Will was giving him his twice daily insulin injections. The house was clean on arrival, and Will was really good at communication while away. We’d be happy to have him sit again anytime.

Rating: 5.0 Will looked after our house and cat vey well. She is nervy but he obviously put her at ease and the photos he sent proved it. He went the extra mile by leaving us milk in fridge upon our return. I would highly recommend him.

Rating: 5.0 We are very thankful to have had Wil as our housesitter. He did a great job looking after our property, Luna the cat, plants, sheep and our 2 chickens. Communication was easy, we constantly received pictures of Luna and reports on how things were going. On our return, the house was tidy the lawns looked great, and Luna was happy. 100% recommend Wil as a reliable housesitter.

Rating: 5.0 THEIR REVIEW OF YOU: Communication is Wil's strenth. From his emails, photos, texts and calls, Wil set himself up for a successful housesit and then achieved everything we asked of him. He looked after our home for us very well and we were able to relax back into "life"when we returned home as he had everything ready for us - inside and outside. We highly recommend Wil and hope we can engage him again at another opportunity.

RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW

Rating: 5.0 Wil housesat for us for 4 weeks and did a fantastic job. We give him 10/10 for everything! We came home to a clean and tidy house, happy and relaxed pets and he'd done a great job keeping the garden watered, the pool clean and the lawns mowed. His communication was excellent and we enjoyed regular updates and photos of our happy pets. We loved the fact that he's a writer and therefore home most of the time as that's what our pets are used to. We came home the night before he left and it was obvious that our Labrador and 2 cats had all bonded well with him. Thanks again Wil, and hope you can housesit for us again sometime!

House was kept tidy, lawns mowed and animals (sheep, chocks and cat) were well looked after. Bluey (our cat) says "thanks for looking after me so well". Wil would message us on a regular basis letting us know all was okay and would include photos of the animals, which was most appreciated.
