House Sitting Opportunity: Three Weeks Near the Beach

We're looking for a responsible house sitter to take care of our home and beloved pets while we're out of the country for three weeks.

Our Pets:

Monty: Our easy-going cat who loves to lounge around. He's low maintenance but does require a nighttime pill due to his anxiety.
Remy: Our Rottweiler, who is the epitome of happiness and friendliness. She enjoys daily walks, attention, and needs to be inside when you're home. Remy is great off-leash, loves beach outings, and is best suited for someone experienced with larger dogs. She's strong, but very loving.
What We Need:

Morning and evening feeding for both pets.
Walks and playtime for Remy.
Watering of indoor and a few outdoor plants.
Basic care and tidying up of our home.
Our Home:

A tidy 4x2 with air conditioning in each room.
Just a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk to the beach.
No need for garden maintenance, just light plant care.
Preferred Sitter:

Experience with large dogs is a plus.
Preferably no small children, as Remy can be excitable and unaware of her size. If your child is accustomed to big dogs, that’s fine.
