Our home is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need or want. Heating/cooling to all living rooms and ceiling fan to the master bedroom. Newly renovated kitchen, living and master bedroom. The house will be clean and fresh bed linen, towels provided. Areas available for use is the front of the house - being the master bedroom/ensuite, lounge room, kitchen, dining room, second toilet and bathroom/laundry and outside veranda and all outside garden areas are available for use.
Rooms not offered are the kids bedrooms, back rumpas room and the garage.
(We can make a kids room available being either a double bed or a king single bed. Upon request)
We have 2 outside border collies need feeding morning and night and normal interaction.
2x cats come and go as they please. Bikkies and water need topping up. They are encouraged to come in at night.
1x indoor parrot, food and water daily. She stays in her cage but loves being talked too and fed fresh fruits.
Chooks and ducks get locked up at night (fox protection) and fed in morning/let out to chook run.
Veggie garden water as needed.
Good neighbourhood, not to far from sovereign Hill
Walking tracks behind property. Close to amenities.
