Mature house sitter to look after 3 x cats, with timid dispositions, do not like being handled, have had limited socializing with strangers. Will need litter trays emptied 3 to 4 times daily, fed morning and evening. None of the cats like being picked up but may accept some pats from strangers. The 2 girls will hide and again do not like being held but with patience may come for pats etc. when they get used to you they can be very chatty.
We have included the Country Music Festival dates in the sit, 17th Jan to 26th Jan 2025 but if you are not interested in country music we are can be flexible with the dates.
The lawn and a few pot plants will need watering. We can organize for the lawn to be mowed if a long sit.
Bus runs past every day but Sundays.
There is lots to do in and around the Tamworth area, walks in the hills and around the Peel River, there also some lovely parks including a Marsupial Park and the Botanical Gardens. A drive out to Nundle to the woollen mill may also be of interest.
There is a Coles, Chemist and Aldi just down the road, also a couple of corner shops. There are also a number of Dams around the area for water sport enthusiasts.
Driveway has an incline of about 11deg. Garage parking, roller door opening size 2500H 2650W approx 6700L, can accommodate a small caravan/camper if needed. House has reverse cycle air-conditioning and dishwasher.
