The houes is 3-bedroom 2 bathroom, with AC and back deck.
I have 2 terrier dogs aged 3yrs, they are brothers. They love playing fetch with the ball.
I have 15 chickens in an enclosed area of the garden.
Single garage.
Close to local beaches and shops.
Minimal garden work required, in summer maybe some watering, and tending the veggies, I have someone come and mow the lawns.

Animals just need daily feeding and fresh water, egg collecting for the hens.
