Colac West VIC

We live on the edge of Colac in a basic 3-bedroom brick home.
Colac is a lovely town on the edge of the Otways, with many beautiful areas close by for day tripping.

There are a range of shops including Woolworths, Coles and KHub.
Geelong is an hour away and Ballarat and Warrnambool are both withing 1.5 hours travel time.

We have 2 Border Collies, Mabel 4 and Baxter 2. (they will not need walking every day unless you want to of course as we have booked a dog walker) Both dogs require medication, but this is easily given to them in their food.
We also have 4 indoor
cats (all rescues) and all quite timid so you may not see them for the first few days of your stay.
We have 1 cockatiel, who is happy to hang out in her cage.

There are a number (between 20 & 30) of indoor plants that will require watering.
Our yard is not large, so basic mowing if required will be all that's needed. (However, you will need to pick up after the dogs.)

We have a wood fire and firelighters, kindling and wood will all be supplied.
We are on bottle gas with an instantaneous hot water system and a gas cooktop (the oven is electric)
We have all the usual appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
