Hello ,

My name is Froni and I live with my cat Ollie, and whippet named August in the beautiful town of Kyneton, Central Victoria. I’ve lived here 16 years and know the town and area well.

I’ll be visiting family in WA over Christmas from the 18th December 2024until the 5th January 2025 and I’m looking for someone or a family to stay and look after my two buddies. No gardening or house care required.

August is a very ernest 3 year old whippet, who is happy to sleep most of the day. He loves nothing more than curling up in bed with humans. And August loves his evening walks around town. He sleeps in his crate at night.
Ollie is an indoor cat, who I walk on a lead a few times a week. However Ollie may not take to strangers trying to do this, so I don’t expect this to happen with any sitters.

My house is a 2 bedroom wooden house on a large town block, with a fenced backyard and automatic electric dog door (preventing Ollie cat getting out). There is a cat run along the side of the house allowing Ollie cat to come and go without catching wildlife.

The house is walking distance to famous Piper Street, full of restaurants, wine bars and cafes. Kyneton Train station allows city jaunts if you don’t want to drive. 15mins to Woodend, 30 minutes to Castlemaine, or Daylesford. Kyneton is approximately half way between Melbourne and Bendigo.
