Winmalee NSW

House is located in a quiet street, approx 800m from a bus stops which service buses to both Winmalee shops and Springwood (including Springwood railway station). Both locations are about 4km away from the house and have either IGA or Coles grocery stores, plus cafes. We have one rag doll cat (indoor only), who will require little maintenance (top up food and water, she does get breakfast if she wants it), but may want some attention. We have a big yard and deck which are very sunny, with paths in the lower part of the yard. We also get periodic visits from native birds in the area. Off street car parking is available. We are a 40min drive from Katoomba and 30 min drive from Penrith. Wifi will be provided for free.
