Cornubia QLD

House is situated in Cornubia 4130 qld. We live at the top of a hill with a steep driveway with inside stairs. We have extensive views from our balcony and a small pool. Shops are a five minute drive away, or 10 minutes to a major shopping centre with buses connecting into the city.
We have full internet connection for people working from home.
Our pet dog Sammy is a small Tibetan spaniel cross. She is 12 years old.
She is an indoor dog who sleeps on the bed with you and requires feeding in the morning, afternoon with a small supper before bed. A short walk each day would be appreciated with lots of belly rubs. She is a quiet dog who doesn’t like much noise, so preferably we would like a couple or single person who would be home most of the day with her if possible,
She has not shared her home with other animals, so would not suit another animal as company.
Our garden pretty much takes care of its self , although we have a few plants on the balcony that may require a quick watering.
