Hello!

We are looking for someone to house sit our home, which is on 25 acres and 10 minutes from the beautiful Yeppoon town and beaches. We have a Rottweiler (Jack) who will be nearly 2yrs old - he is very friendly and playful, however due to his size is not the best around toddlers (our children are 6-10yrs). Our yard is fully fenced + a hidden fence with a boundary collar so there is ‘no’ chance of him escaping. Our home has a swing set, trampoline, pool and pool table for the house sitters’ use.

Sorry no own pets as we don't know how they will interact with our Jack.

We also have 3 chickens that just need top ups of water and food every few days, and collection of eggs for yours to use. We have 10 head of cattle which will be self sufficient. Our neighbour would be available to help out if any questions/concerns arise regarding the cattle.

The properly is separated into the front house block then 2 paddocks. The house block will likely require a weekly mow with our ride-on mower.

House sitters would be able to stay within the home or in their own caravan with power and water hookup if preferred. The house has 4 bedrooms (possibly 5 by then) and 3 bathrooms.

Whilst the block is 25 acres, it is a longer/skinny shaped block so the neighbours are reasonably close (relatively speaking when talking acreage) and are good friends of ours so will be happy to help out if needed.

The weather will be perfect in September!
