140 acres 30 km out of Grafton
Horses are large but quiet and come in at night for feeding and rugging and go out again in morning . Some cleaning of night paddocks is required ie picking up poop which usually takes me about 10 to 15 mins .
My 3 dogs are used to being walked twice a day . An elderly kelpie , a cattledog x of 10 years and a 10 month old staffy x boxer puppy. There is a billabong and a creek for cooling off. The dogs sleep inside with me
Chickens ducks just need feeding and being let out and locked up again at night

Just some watering of plants if needed
Phone reception with wifi calling .
