Learmonth VIC

Simon and I live in a three bedroom recently refurbished home with new bathrooms and kitchen. We have tank water and a septic system. There is a slow combustion wood heater and two reverse cycle systems for heating and cooling. We have good internet connection.
We live on an eight acre property bordering Lake Learmonth which is a shallow lake. There is approximately one acre of garden and orchard and we have dairy calves agisted from a nearby farm. There are lots of birds in the established garden. We have a small dog that is crate trained to sleep indoors overnight. The chickens have a big fox proof run and can be let out into the orchard during daylight hours. They have a feeder that needs filling up weekly and water is okay with a small animal trough.
