Looking for a long term sitter - 7-8 weeks from early December.
Bob is a 2 year old Border Collie with plenty of energy.
He loves people and other dogs and he loves to play in the secure back garden. I get lots of comments about his calm and gentle nature. He can be pretty excitable for a few minutes when he first meets new people, but quickly calms down.
I walk him twice a day and he spends plenty of time in the back garden as long as it's not too wet.
At this stage I'm gauging interest for a long term sit from early December until late January 2025, but the exact dates aren't locked in yet.
The house is a 1940s weatherboard with plenty of character. It's a little old school but that just adds to its charm and it's clean and very livable. See the pictures for an idea.
Kyneton has an ever-increasing amount of things to do. There are plenty of good eateries and shops to browse around and Piper Street has a great vibe at weekends. A farmer's market takes place in Piper Street on the second Saturday of every month, which is well worth a visit.
There are plenty of wineries nearby and Heathcote is about 35 mins drive.
Major Tom's has great gigs if that's your thing, or there's Castlemaine 30 mins away, which has a strong music scene.
There's plenty of great road and gravel riding nearby for the cyclists.
Hanging Rock is a short drive away.
