Googong NSW

Googong is a growing suburb approx 10min drive from Queanbeyan, NSW, and 20min to Canberra city. Googong has an excellent IGA supermarket, pub, Thai restaurant, Domino’s pizza, cafe, multiple coffee options, many great parks and walking paths, etc.
Nearby:
- Jerrabomberra (5min drive) with Woolies, Aldi, McDonald’s, KFC, Baker’s delight, fuel stations, etc
- Queanbeyan (10min drive) with all of the above, as well as Kmart, Coles, many great restaurants/cafes, other shops and services (Police/Fire/Ambulance/Hospital).
- Canberra City is approx 20min drive for you to experience many of the National attractions, shopping, restaurants and more. The Canberra region is also home to many great wineries and breweries.

Own transport is required, however, public transport buses (CDC Canberra) operate from Googong into Queanbeyan, and then into Canberra city.

Our Home:
You will be staying in our clean, tidy, modern 4br, 2 bath home with ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling, wifi, streaming services, covered entertaining area with bbq, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, etc. We would expect you to leave our home as you find it.

Pet care:
You would need to give our beloved Lulu (6yo Tiboodle) lots of cuddles, take her for a daily walk and of course feed her. She loves human contact, so you would need to be okay with her being close to you (sitting on you!), and potentially sleeping at the foot of your bed if necessary!

Plant care:
We would need you to water pot plants as required. We have automatic watering system for front lawn, however, back lawn (small area) may require a water also.
